Pay Per Click (PPC) Specialist

Job Description

 

Exp. Required: 5-8+ years:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Strategize, create, monitor, maintain and optimize the high volume of campaigns across Google AdWords, Bing AdCenter & Facebook Ads Manager, and other third-party digital media outlets.
  • Oversee growth in performance. Manage campaigns to meet clients’ ROI goals and respond in a rapid manner to optimization suggestions.
  • Continuous analysis of performance and reporting on digital campaigns.
  • Efficient management of budgets across all engines and campaigns.
  • Optimize and plan landing page creation and testing.
  • Craft eye-catching and informative pay-per-click text ads as well as the continuous implementation of text ads - A/B testing.
  • Report on key performance indicators and lead generation initiatives, calculate Cost Per Leads, project spend, adjust to demand and seasonality.
  • Work with the internal marketing team and key stakeholders to improve overall campaign performance and client satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with department implementation teams, such as design, content, social, paid and local to implement recommended changes.
  • Work alongside to support sales and service as needed.
  • Agency experience is a must.

Education/Experience

Qualifications

  • Experience in Google AdWords and Google AdWords Editor.
  • Experience in Bing AdCenter as well as Bing Ads Desktop Tool familiarity.
  • Experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Facebook Business Manager.
  • Experience in Amazon PPC and other third-party marketing tools.
  • Experience in Google Analytics tracking and monitoring.
  • Keyword research, campaign buildout, ad creation, A/B copy testing and extensive bid management and lead generation experience.
  • Landing page creation and A/B testing experience.
  • Vast experience in the Google Content Network and with overall display advertising.
  • Experience with competitor tracking tools such as ahrefs, spyfu as well a deep understanding of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in the management of social media campaigns in Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Knowledge and experience in search and display retargeting/remarketing.
  • Detail oriented, creative thinking, and strong analytical and communication skills. Ability to multi-task, rationalize and solve problems in a timely manner. Must be team player. Positive attitude and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt and keep up to date with emerging technologies, SEM industry trends, techniques and tools.
  • Relevant certification a plus – AdWords and AdCenter Certifications.
  • 5-8+ years of high volume Pay-Per-Click management experience.
  • Work experience on Product/Software marketing campaigns a plus.
  • Bachelor degree/MBA in Business Administration, Marketing or Advertising a plus.
