Roles & Responsibilities
1. Act as the technical expert, ensuring quick turnaround in identifying application issues and providing
timely solutions.
2. Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and
implementation phases of a project.
3. Transform business function requirements into technical program specs to code, test and debug
programs.
4. Develop, code, document and execute unit tests, systems, integration and acceptance tests and
testing tools for functions of high complexity.
5. Perform performance tuning to improve performance over multiple functions
6. Engage other technical team members in the design, delivery, and deployment of solutions.
7. Ensure integration system activities including monitoring the technical architecture (particularly
scalability, availability and archiving) meet all SLA's.
8. Manage operational support, performing work during change windows as well as providing on call
support as required by the team.
9. Undertake performance tuning activities for SAP integration activities.
10. Provide consulting services on new and existing initiatives.
11. Exposure of PI/PO Integration will be preferred
12. Should be experienced in the development of These Functionality like ALV Reporting, IDOC
Configuration, EDI/ALE, SMARTFORMS / ADOBE Forms development, Dialog programming,
Performance Tuning/HANA, Custom Enhancements/ Modifications (SMOD/CMOD/BTEs/BADI's)
13. Familiarity with WRICEF (Workflow, Reporting, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms)
14. Debugging/Defect Management, Create test plans, Perform technical unit testing with Documentation
15. ASAP Methodology, SDLC and knowledge of SAP ACTIVATE methodology

Desired Skills & Experience
1. Minimum of 8 years of ABAP experience and out of such 4-5 years must be on S/4 HANA Platform
2. Strong object-orientation experience
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
4. Strong analytical skills and ability to write technical specifications
5. The following are considered strong assets: Service & Production industry experience as well as the
ability to Code, Developer & resolve issues without functional specifications.
6. Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
