Position: Sales Manager – Physical Security product

Job Location: Mumbai

Qualification: Preferred Diploma / Degree in Engineering in any stream

Responsibilities:

•Experience of having handled electronic security systems products such as Physical Security, FAS, Access control, Flap Barriers, Boom Barriers, Building Management systems etc.
•This is an Individual Contributors role, hence he should have handled sales independently, developed new customer accounts.
•Geographical territory knowledge in terms of mapping customer requirements, projects, and product requirements in the said domain.
•Sound business acumen in understanding high value product sales in the domain and closing technical sales
•Proven track record of having delivered budgeted sales consistently.
•Have good experience in B2B sales of similar products, capable of handling stakeholders at Senior levels within the customer organization
•Should have developed multiple relationships with buying influencers in the customers organization, including facility manager, project managers, project engineers, and procurement.
•Should have extensively worked with broad category of all System Integrators to ensure healthy funnel and pipeline of viable projects and capability to deliver good conversion ratio
•Has good connect with Specifies namely BMS Consultants, Architects and PMCs
•Having developed good business through channel within the territory.
•Exposure to Govt / PSUs and tender business would be an added advantage.
•Has sound competition and market knowledge to assess opportunities adequately and plan and deliver business as per planned objectives.
•Interaction team – Sales enquiry, Quotation, Design, inside sales, Order processing, Customer sales.
•Knowledge of service business like AMC, Retrofit, Spares sales etc. is a plus.
