This position is for a System Validation Engineer and candidate will work to support on content enabling, execution and debug based on IP HW features.

The candidate will need to understand test plan (Legacy and PCR) and Content modification.

The candidate is expected to generate more seeds and execute, debug, and root cause first level data.

The candidate is expected to deal and interact with customer on a regular basis.

Responsible for the development of methodologies, execution of validation plans, and debug of failures.

Requires broad understanding of multiple system areas and requires interfaces with

Architecture, Design, and Validation teams in improving test content and providing feedback for future on die debug features.

Skill set required:

~2.5-4+ years related experience in C/C++ programming and Perl/Python scripting knowledge

~Have knowledge on embedded system driver development in Linux

~Board and system operation (Validation and/or development)

~SoC Peripherals (UART, 12C, SPI)

~CPU Core-Validation

~Embedded software (Linux) debugging

~Experience in using logic analyzers, protocol analyzers

~Deep understanding of PCIe (GEN3/4) protocols and standards.

~ Familiarity with Intel architecture
