Duties and Responsibilities:

Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Identify newer avenues for customer acquisition on an ongoing basis
Monitor market trends and research competitors’ activities
Develop, maintain and execute monthly demand generation campaigns aligned with business goals
Manage creative, ad, and landing page testing schedule to drive improved campaign results
Deliver high quality traffic to the sites through all channels (Paid, Owned & Earned) to support growth targets
Work with the marketing team to optimize demand generation spends across all channels and ROI for all key markets
Measure, analyze and report campaign performance to management. Responsible for granular tracking across relevant KPIs

Qualifications and Requirements:

A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related analytical field

Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience
Excellent communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
Experience in measuring the effectiveness of demand generation efforts at each level of the funnel.
