Executive - Customer Success

Job Description

 

 

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Ensuring high customer retention through customer service and relationship
  • Effectively engaging with the users and generating the set targeted revenue
  • Ensuring that the user information is maintained and updated in CRM
  • Build customer segments by defining the customer lifecycle
  • Develop a deep understanding of the buyer’s journey. Work with the marketing team to ensure that the content reaches the right part of the sales funnel at the right time
  • Understanding of CRM campaign execution and measurement process across both owned (email, push, in-app) and paid channels (social, search, etc.)
  • To be an interface between the customer and internal support teams to ensure that the customer receives the best possible service from the company
  • Analyse and report on customer satisfaction data providing recommendations for improvement to the customer experience
  • Analyze and report on customer health scores and identify customers that need improving, providing solutions along the way

 

 

Education/Experience

Qualifications and Requirements: 

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, or a related analytical field
  • Experience: 1-2 Years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to gather and use data to identify customer trends and behaviors
  • Customer focus and result-oriented approach.
