Experience: 1 to 8 years

Location: Mumbai, Pune & Nagpur

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage the document development life cycle independently
• Create, develop, plan, write and edit operational, instructional publications.
• Contribute to the timely design, production, and delivery/completion of product documentation and document sets.
• Write, review and produce single books or individual chapters, appendices, etc. of product user documentation and/or courseware.
• Obtain data and information from the appropriate source such as SMEs, QAs, technical staff and exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.
• Produce, review, re-write content supporting the product applications and be able to troubleshoot issues and research solutions
• Display understanding of roles, processes, and procedures.
• Perform moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes.
