Job Description

• proven work experience of 3 to 5 years in a B2B product/SaaS company
• Hands-on experience in Jira/ Zoho sprints with a clear understanding of sprint boards and product release boards/maps
• Work closely on implementing agile/scrum practices within the team.
• Ensures scrum is understood, and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
• Escalates and tracks key team metrics and gets the team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement and employing appropriate coaching and development techniques; facilitates transparency, inspection and adaptation.
• Develops detailed user requirement specifications for new features that assist the engineering /technical team to deliver products to the desired specifications and cost targets.
• Problem solver with the ability to independently translate high-level goals into meaningful plans
• Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex messages and teach new concepts
• Able to identify and resolve conflicts before they escalate
