Requirement

1. Fluent in Hindi and English, and if possible should know Gujarati (Max of our TG is Gujarati)
2. Should know how the e-commerce business works. 

• (Not just from the customer's perspective but the nitty-gritties of it like how the business model works
• How the operations work)

JD for Jr. Product Manager

1. Work with leadership and key business and engineering stakeholders to set strategy, define the product, and make appropriate high-judgment trade-offs between features and speed-to-launch
2. Use case prioritization, feature definition, ownership of product roadmap
3. Identify and analyze feature requests to determine business value and priority, develop business cases, test/implement solutions and prioritize competing program opportunities.
4. Partner with stakeholders at multiple levels and lead teams to define and deliver solutions.
5. Create artifacts to define the business request.
6. Able do whatever is necessary; owner mentality
7. 10+ years of product management and/or business leadership experience in technology context
8. Technical fluency; comfort understanding and discussing technology concepts, schedule tradeoffs and new opportunities with technical team members
9. Possess strong communication and leadership skills
10. Able to work in an ambiguous and dynamic environment with tight deadlines
11. Have an absolute passion for ensuring a great customer experience
12. Outstanding attention to detail; Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills
13. Experience performing comparative analysis on competing businesses and technical feature requests
14. Experience defining customer-facing products and features
15. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels

Work days - Monday- Friday 

Time: 9.30AM - 7.00PM

The person needs to work from the office
