Job Description

The company is looking for a Sales Executive / Manager who will be responsible for sales of existing and upcoming real estate projects in Udaipur.

• Responsible for overall sales and will work towards achieving monthly targets
• Responsible for handling clients at the Site Office.
• Giving the clients tour of the entire project
• Generating client leads for the company through the network, events, and on-ground marketing activities.
• Assisting in all the marketing activities/events for the project
• Reaching out to prospective clients over the phone, conducting meetings, and bringing the deal to closure.
• Working effectively for lead conversions.

• Positioning of the brand in a relevant and appropriate manner in the community
• Working effectively for lead conversions
• Fluency in Written & Spoken Hindi and English
• Submit daily progress reports and ensure data is accurate
• Accountable for daily reports and leads
• Work in a team-building environment

Experience & Qualification
Bachelors or Masters in marketing or business
3+ Years experience in Real estate only
