Job Description | Senior UX/UI

As a senior member of the team, you will provide thought leadership and be an integral part of guiding a small team of skilled designers. You need to have a minimum experience of 7 years in the field of User Experience, with a focus on leading design and delivery of business or enterprise applications that are complex, high-volume, and high profile, including portals, business applications, mobile apps, interactive dashboards, data visualization, interaction and information design.

As a senior member of the team, you will foster an empathy-driven, tri-centered (user, business, technology), iterative collaborative design process.

Responsibilities include all of the following:

*  Have an appropriate understanding of requirements, business context, client and user goals

*  Manage project outcomes at all levels, from client/stakeholder expectations to quality and timelines

* Define, socialize and implement best practices for user experience design, leveraging industry standards

* Support strategic goals by creating designs that support user needs, meet business goals and are technically feasible

* Demonstrate ability to clearly understand end user’s perspective and tie with business goals to provide design recommendations

*Strive for optimal usability and end-to-end experience engagement by leveraging industry standards under technology constraints

*Apply strategic thinking and demonstrate awareness of business goals while striving for a highly usable and engaging user experience

* Guide and mentor junior team members on UX design and how to discuss and defend design decisions from a technical and visual perspective

*Create navigation and user interfaces, including well-defined paper prototypes or wireframes, screen mockups and other design artifacts as needed
Must have:

*  Experience in leading design projects

*  Knowledge of patterns and anti-patterns

*  Passionate about UX design and UI interfaces

*  Ability to have a great conversation with clients
