Job role as below 1. Monitoring and complying with the Loan disbursement process (Loan file appraisal/assessment, Verification of original documents, ensure that EMI cheques and other related documents are in place, ensure safekeeping of original documents – keep in locker, ensure all rechargeable expenses recharged to the party and deducted from their final disbursement amount, timely disbursement of loan amount and release cheques) 2. PEMI (Cheque tracking before EMI’s hit the relevant account, records for ECS/NACH and EMI’s, defaulter's tracking, report to recovery department with respect to defaulter as and when required) 3. Looking into day to day operations a. Timely updating the books of accounts – voucher entries, banking entries b. Expenses verification of head office and branch c. Coordination for branch expenses booking d. Fund Management and utilization of funds e. NPA provisioning f. Payroll checking, Timely payment of payment g. Checking of Incentive list and compare with targets given, achieved and NPA's h. Monthly closing of books of accounts i. Review purchase order and service order for every purchase of goods and services 4. Ensuring Statutory compliances (TDS, GST, submission of Stock statement, submission of NHB, RBI, PF and ESIC returns, Data to external agencies – Care rating, CIBIL, CMA and MIS) 5. Conducting & reviewing Internal and statutory audit 6. Compiling the data for quarterly reporting to BSE and shareholders 7. Monthly Finance Reporting to Management 8. Monitoring Branch costing (Branch Income vs. expenses, branch portfolio and payroll tracking) 9. Dealing with bankers for routine work 10. Tagging on fixed assets and tracking fixed assets 11. Reviewing rental and DSA agreement   Job Qualifications: Education: CA and PG in Finance Minimum 5 years of experience of working in an NBFC as a Finance Manager Knowledge of Financial Concept and Accounting practices Expectations: Our salaries are competitive and commensurate with prevailing industry standards.
