Job Description

We are in search of Unreal Developers who will be responsible for handling all the Projects related
to our Game Development on Unreal Platform. You will be responsible for managing and developing
the projects and ensuring that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track with
quality in the work. The person should be able to perform the assigned task for the game
development with all the game mechanisms.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Sr. Developer:
● Strong understanding of Client Requirements.
● Coordinating with the team to make sure that all the projects meet their deadlines.
● The Developer should keep a watch on the assigned junior developers.
● Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
● Frequent communication with the Project Manager regarding the project updates and
forwarding it to the team and monitoring the work of Jr. Developer.
● Managing client satisfaction within the project transition period.
● Conducting post-project evaluation and identifying successful and unsuccessful project
elements.
Jr. Developer:
● The Developer should be able to perform the assigned task and manage the work within the
timeline.
● Should be multitasking
● The Developer should have a proper understanding of the project requirement before starting
the work.
● Maintenance of the daily work report and submitting that to the assigned team lead or Sr.
Developer

WORK ENVIRONMENT

● Ability to work at a desk, conference table, or in meetings of various
● configurations.
● Ability to work for extended periods of time.
● Ability to hear and understand speech in an American/British accent.
● Ability to work in rotational shift
● Ability to attain the client’s meetings.
