• Shift: General Shift (10:00AM - 7:00 PM)
• Working Days : 6 Days Working (2nd and 4th Sat Offs)
• Probation: 3 Months

• What are we looking at? Someone with a Process improvement and process excellence exposure who has worked on processes from scratch with critical thinking and strategy planning, good speaker and energetic personality, preferably from a  B2C/Healthcare/service sector.
• The company has developed its service provider mobile application and current processes are being realigned for streamlining with the APP.
• Project Manager will report and directly works with the Senior VP Operations and manages end to end product life cycle, gathering and prioritizing operational and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the development team to deliver winning products in line with organization’s core values and ethics.
• We are looking for someone who can
  - Understand current processes in operations
  - Analyze the gaps and automation requirements
  - Work with technology team for developments
  - Analyze the data to optimize success metrics
  - Move to next development
• Education and Experience:-
  Experience of 1-2 yearsin Project Management would be preferable.
  MBA from tier-1 or tier-2 college.
  Good working knowledge of Excel and SQL
• Skills:-
  Wireframe, Figma, Market Research, Jira Strong understanding of handling data Problem Solving
