ul li We are looking for dynamic Hardware Engineers with experience (4-8 years) to join our R& D Sustenance team which play a major role in ensuring continued design support to post market releases li li ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -  br As part of the R& D team should be able to perform the following duties as assigned by Manager Leads br to support the team&rsquo s goals but not limited to the following: br o Understanding of hardware design & requirements of the system product br o Own & lead the investigation of production and field issues failures br o Understand the technical issues and drive the root cause analysis. br o Collaborate with engineering and production to provide solutions. br o Work on closures as per commitments br o Own and execute mitigations for components obsolescence supply chain issues: br o Provide timely solutions to prevent production stop situations br o Identify alternate components based on design requirements & component br specification datasheet comparisons br o Perform evaluation & testing as needed for alternate qualifications br o Perform necessary hands-on testing at circuit level module level product level to evaluate the br hardware performance for identified HW design changes. br o Work on circuit simulations schematics entry BOM management and PCB layout reviews as needed. br o Support in HW design change implementations through ECO br o Support in new feature developments compliance testing and country registrations for products in br production. br o Production testing &ndash Support in fixture and tools development needed for production br o Do design and test documentation for the developed design. br o Work efficiently with cross functional and production teams to deliver the assigned task project with br quality within the timelines. li li p ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE -  p li li p QUALIFICATION:- br o BE Btech ME Mtech in Electrical Electronics Biomedical engineering or equivalent br o 4 to 8 Years of experience in working with Hardware designs p li li p TECHNICAL COMPETENCY: br o Strong in fundamentals of Analog and digital electronics br o Familiar with the concepts of Microcontrollers Microprocessors operation and the hardware requirements for designing circuits using them. br o Understanding of power management systems &ndash DCDC (Buck Boost) and LDOs br o Knowledge of hardware design for communication protocols like UART SPI I2C RS232 USB br o Proficient in component ion for circuit design br o Experience in using common lab equipment like DMMs Oscilloscopes power supplies Signal br generators br o Understanding of production process of PCB assembly & production testing p li li p BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCY:- br o Good analytical skills br o Passion for success and being proactive br o Systemic and going in-depth approach br o Be flexible hands-on and willing to learn new technologies br o Be a good team player with good collaboration skills. p p   p li li p ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE br o Circuit simulation experience (LT spice or equivalent) br o Familiar or exposure in EMI EMC testing p li ul
