ï‚· Studying scope of work & verify alignment of supplier terms
ï‚· Understanding Fabrication drawings & Wastages
ï‚· Prod plan sign off after checking customer priority / erection schedule
ï‚· Closure of engineering issues
ï‚· Letters & Correspondence to client
ï‚· PO amendment follow-up
ï‚· LD discussions with Customer
Routine:-
1. RM follow-up & RM Reconciliation
2. Site procurement requirements - Packing plates Fasteners paints
3. Collection follow-up calls with client
4. Availing Despatch clearance from customer
5. Maintaining Drawing query register
6. Material site receipt co-ordinations
7. Vehicle tracking NCR closure Payment advice to finance for unallocated receipts
8. 30+ Follow-up actions for regularisation
9. BG LC opening & amendment TDS certificate follow ups
10. Verification of Drawing level & mark level
11. Progress report preparation & submission (weekly/monthly)
12. Customer complaints query form and Completion certificate follow up
13. Project monitoring for Risk committee

ï‚· P& L - cost to come & actual monitoring - Margin ownership
ï‚· Maintaining control sheet of RM payment & progress
ï‚· Margin PM forecast
