Human Resource Specialist

Job Description

Duties & Responsibilites

Planning and executing and hosting Employee Engagement Activities

Taking Induction and exit interviews to have a smooth onboarding/off boarding process

Initiating and executing HR strategies to sustain employees and resolve any queries from within

Responsible and accountable to provide the best employee experience starts from sourcing OB post training and other stages of the employee experience life cycle

Responsible for employee connect and maintain the employee connect record

Involved in End-to-End recruitment till the joining and induction.

Responsible for Campus placement and branding of the vTech at colleges universities across pan India

Responsible to run survey for employee satisfaction and all other survey as and when it required

Responsible to maintain all the task report and candidate&rsquo s database

Business communication across the company as and when required

Coordinating inviting external parties to come and perform for the company [EEA]

Initiating and maintaining a line of courses for Internal clubs

Maintaining records of employee participation in all extracurricular programs

Work with the marketing team for any internal email communication for festivities

Responsible to prepare and release the monthly HR newsletter every month along with creative mind

Coordinating with the marketing team and updating EE activities joiner post [company branding] internally [companywide emails] and externally [all social media platforms]

Working directly with POCs and handling the complete recruitment cycle and handling end-to-end recruitment

Reviewing the job description and meeting with the hiring managers to understand their needs and fulfilling it at their earliest

Education/Experience

                                                                              Education & Training

Bachelor s degree or higher.

                                                                                Knowledge & Experience

Experience in US Staffing or the IT industry will be an added advantage

Strong command of English and computer language skills will be a plus

Comprehensive HR knowledge especially hands-on experience in talent acquisition employee relations and performance management

High EQ and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated diligent and responsive resilient and quickly adapt to changes

Initiate and implement new HR Strategies and policies for employees

Retaining and reducing attrition

Hours Shift     Night Shift [6:30 pm- 3:30am IST]
