Job Description

Responsibilities:

 Lead the development team to ensure timely delivery of technical projects

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design technical solutions

 Develop and maintain technical standards and best practices

 Conduct code reviews and ensure that code adheres to coding standards

 Provide technical guidance to team members ensuring that solutions are scalable maintainable and optimized

 Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the field of technical development

 Create and maintain technical documentation for projects

 Manage project timelines and ensure that projects are completed within budget

 Prior experience with integrating multiple external systems

Requirements

 Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar role

 Strong experience in technical development design and architecture

 In-depth knowledge of technical development methodologies and programming languages (e.g. Java Node JS)

 Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as AWS Azure or GCP
