Dispatch Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Delivers items to customers by verifying orders by searching appropriate carriers.
2. To arrange shipments by checking stock to determine inventory levels anticipating delivery requirements and placing/expediting orders.
3. Ship items by examining items destination route rate and delivery time ordering carriers
4. Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability shipment date and method and status answering questions
5. Protects the organizations reputation by keeping pricing and promotion purchase order and credit-limit information confidential
6. Scheduling drivers to make freight deliveries or collect shipments and packages
7. Communicating with customers about freight details delivery or pickup times and special handling requests.
8. Planning pre-determined routes and accommodating route changes as needed.
9. Preparing dispatch documents as well as generating freight bills and invoices.
10. Maintaining records of dispatched calls driver routes route changes as well as delivery and pickup times.
11. Keeping track of transportation regulations and laws to ensure that truck drivers comply.

Desired Candidate Profile

Candidate must be graduate in any discipline

Excellent Communication skills

Knowledge of US Logistics

Shift: US Shift- (6:30pm -3:30am)

Fixed off Saturday and Sunday

Cab facility both sides
