Brand Manager (Digital)

Job Description

As a Brand Manager you ll play a pivotal role in the holistic management of our brand s identity and its monetization strategies. This multifaceted position requires a blend of strategic acumen creative direction and adept project management skills to ensure our brand maintains a consistent and compelling presence across all touchpoints and channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint emerging trends assess the competitive landscape and identify potential revenue-generating opportunities. Analyze consumer behavior and preferences to inform branding and monetization strategies.

Creative Direction and Asset Developments: Collaborate closely with creative teams to conceptualize and create marketing materials presentations and assets that are tailored to support monetization initiatives. Ensure that creative outputs are in line with the brand s identity and resonate with the target audience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing and product development to align brand objectives with effective monetization strategies. Foster strong relationships and partnerships with external brands organizations and influencers whose values align with our brand s mission and target audience. Coordinate with the sales team to gain insights into user behaviors and preferences ensuring that branding efforts are attuned to the needs of our audience.

Data-Driven Decision-Making:
Leverage data-driven insights to continually optimize campaign performance and drive maximum revenue generation. Utilize analytical tools and metrics to track and measure the impact of branding and monetization efforts.

Alignment and Execution:

Work in tandem with sales marketing legal and finance teams to ensure seamless alignment and successful execution of monetization plans. Oversee the development and execution of contractual agreements and partnerships. Collaborate with stakeholders such as video editors graphic designers and other creative professionals to ensure all branding materials and assets align with brand objectives.

Marketplace Product Listing: Manage and optimize product listings on  various online marketplaces ensuring that they are aligned with brand messaging and effectively drive sales. Monitor and product descriptions images and pricing to enhance visibility and conversion rates on e-commerce platforms.

Education/Experience

Qualifications Required
. Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field (Master s degree is a plus).
. Proven experience 2+ years in brand management marketing or related roles.
. Strong understanding of branding principles market segmentation and consumer behaviour. Excellent        communication skills both written and verbal.
. Creative thinker with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals and messages. Proficiency in        project management and collaboration tools.
. Familiarity with digital marketing social media and content creation
