About the role:

We are seeking an Unity Game Developer with expertise in Unity3D and a strong focus on multiplayer
functionality. As a Senior Game Developer you will be responsible for designing and implementing
engaging gameplay mechanics features and systems with an emphasis on creating immersive
multiplayer experiences for our players. You should have good time management skills and be able to
work both autonomously and collaboratively with a cross-discipline team of product managers
strategists UX designers art directors and developers.

What we&rsquo d like to see:

● Collaborate closely with the game design team to develop refine and implement game
mechanics features and systems in Unity3D and Unreal Engine.
● Design and develop robust multiplayer systems including client-server architecture network
synchronization latency compensation matchmaking and real-time multiplayer gameplay. ● Write
high-quality efficient and maintainable code in C# within the Unity3D environment. ● Develop and
optimize game features including AI physics graphics audio and UI to deliver outstanding player
experiences in both single-player and multiplayer modes.
● Conduct code reviews provide feedback and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative
and growth-oriented environment.
● Collaborate with artists designers and other team members to integrate assets and ensure
cohesive gameplay experiences across multiplayer sessions.
● Troubleshoot and debug technical issues related to multiplayer functionality ensuring the stability
and performance of game systems.
● Stay up to date with industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in Unity3D and
unreal Engine game development and multiplayer functionality to drive innovation and enhance
game quality.
● Participate in the planning and estimation of development tasks and contribute to improving
development processes and workflows related to multiplayer features.

Must have:

● Hands on experience of 3 to 5 years in designing games.
● Experience in Live &ndash Ops and Games-as-a-Services.
● Should be skilled at taking data and transforming it into meaningful designs
● Adjust the economy to support new game features pricing etc.
● Should be up to date with game design literature and best practices to continue contributing to the
studio level design expertise.
● Work collaboratively with other designers and cross &ndash functionally with UX engineering and
producer on the design and implementation of new game features.
● Lead game design for multi-platform games like Social games iPhone Android PC/ Mac. Drive
prototyping mechanics tuning tutorial usability level ramp story meta- structure aesthetics
and creative vision of projects that are assigned to you.
● Should be efficient in sketching drawing layouts multiple level designing.
● Should understand all aspects of game mechanics including entertainment pacing user interface
of each game and player communication.
● Ability to use a metrics- driven approach to game design provide ample and correct
references/guidelines in the document for art and development teams.
● Ability to create and own all design documentation and deliverable for projects including game
concepts in-game messaging marketing communication game rules.
● Good knowledge of the mobile gaming market and F2P game design.
● Experience in establishing design standards and related processes.
● Be adept at Level Design for different types of games as per the requirement. ● Should be able to
design missions and prototype different game play variations during production play test them and
take feedback.
● Constantly play and research other games with minimal supervision create and the games
design through Concept Proposals Game Design Documents and Functional Specifications.

Player: Ability to communicate iterate and take design decisions on data and user feedback.
● Comfortable working and contributing without much direction - be a leader! ● Have the
