Job Description

Position Title Enterprise Sales Manager
Position reports to Head Sales
Department Sales
Location Mumbai / Ahmedabad

The individual would be a Hunter who has consistently exceeded order objectives / targets in previous
positions. A work experience of 7-9 years autonomous & is geared up to work as an Individual
Contributor. She / He would be the core of our Enterprise Solution Sales having a strong knowledge &
connects in the Heavy Engineering & Utilities industry and a strong passion & hunger to exceed sales
targets / objectives.


Responsibilities


ï &sbquo · Achieve and exceed his / her sales order objectives.
ï &sbquo · Identify Qualify & pursue New Logos from lead to close while managing existing customers
ï &sbquo · Smart with intelligence in creating a strong pipeline accuracy in forecasting order closures to meet annual
target / order objective.
ï &sbquo · Strong knowledge & experience in Account Mapping relation shipbuilding with key stakeholders decision
makers and influencers across the organization
ï &sbquo · Discipline of building account plans weekly meetings
ï &sbquo · Go-getter attitude and an extrovert in building confidence & developing relationship with internal
stakeholders.
ï &sbquo · Align Pre-Sales team to provide solutions based on customer requirement to win orders.
ï &sbquo · Sales cycle management from qualifying an opportunity solution definition presentation proposal creation
strong negotiation skills and closing respecting AIQoD&rsquo s standards.
ï &sbquo · Add value to marketing team by providing competitive information key technology events industry
interaction.

ï &sbquo · Technology
- Strong IT Sales knowledge of Digital Transformation Analytics IoT RPA Enterprise Solutions
based on Generative AI ML NLP PaaS & SaaS
ï &sbquo · Sales Strategy:
- Developing and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue
and growth targets.
- Identifying new market opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends to position the company
competitively.
ï &sbquo · Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identifing pursuing new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for key accounts addressing client needs and concerns in a
timely manner.
- Nurturing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients ensuring customer satisfaction and
loyalty.
ï &sbquo · Sales Pipeline Management:
- Managing the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
- Developing and maintaining a robust sales pipeline providing accurate and timely forecasts.
ï &sbquo · Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing product development and customer
support to ensure a cohesive approach to business growth.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide s on sales performances and
market trends.
ï &sbquo · Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Preparing regular reports on sales performance forecasting and pipeline management

Education/Experience

Qualification


ï &sbquo · Work experience of 7-9 years.
ï &sbquo · Bachelor&rsquo s Degree in Engineering is a must. Advanced degree (MBA) is preferred.
ï &sbquo · Have a winner mentality goal oriented and driven by a performance-based compensation structure that
adequately compensates high achievers.
ï &sbquo · Strong industry connects with influencers decision makers excellent communication and presentation
skills
Travel
ï &sbquo · The position is based in Bangalore.
ï &sbquo · There will be 60% of travel to customers across India and if required for overseas opportunities.
