Role Description

This is an internship role as a Quality Analyst at Corpseed. As a Quality Analyst you will be responsible for conducting quality control and quality assurance tasks. Your day-to-day tasks will include analysing data ensuring quality standards are met identifying areas for improvement and communicating quality issues to the team. This is an on-site role located in Noida.

Qualifications

&bull Good English communication (verbal and written)

&bull Experience with cold calling

• Experience with research and maintaining databases
• Proficient in MS Office including Word Excel and Outlook
• Strong project and time management skills

&bull Bachelor&rsquo s degree in Marketing or Business Administration + others also apply

Responsibilities & duties

&bull Track maintain and leads

&bull Make outgoing calls to develop new business

&bull Contact prospects to qualify leads

&bull Direct email to clients for business requirements

&bull Conduct customer research

&bull Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads

&bull Provide accurate and timely information to Sales Team

&bull Develop a strong knowledge of the company&rsquo s services to facilitate the sales process
