Production Planning and Execution:

• Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demands
  and optimize resources while ensuring on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and other relevant departments to
  align production requirements and maintain an efficient production
  flow.
• Monitor production progress, identify and take corrective actions to
  ensure timely completion of orders.
• Team Leadership and Management
• Lead and motivate a team of production technicians, providing guidance,
  training, and support to ensure their professional development and
  efficient performance.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to the production team members,
  monitor progress, and ensure adherence to quality and productivity
  standards.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous
  improvement within the production department.
• Daily weekly & monthly review on production & process wise.
• Production & performance chart every department machine wise.
• Raw material ,packaging material planning according to order sheet &
• pre-plan according to production planning.
• Production report detailed & summery daily wise.
