Job Description

Production Planning, control & setting production targets.

• Successful stabilization of plant for continuous production, cost control & analysis of all
  production activities and positive involvement in higher management decisions making & strategic planning.
• Coordinate with sales, procurement, and other relevant departments to align production
  requirements and maintain an efficient production flow.
• Production, Rejection, down time analysis & making preventive action plan to control rejection.
• Maximization of production, machine utilization while maintaining the quality and achieved the
  production targets by cutting edge processes & procedures.
• To plan preventive & breakdown maintenance to reduce the machine breakdowns and increase
  the productivity.
• Lead and motivate a team of production technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to
  ensure their professional development and efficient performance.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to the production team members, monitor progress, and ensure
  adherence to quality and productivity standards.
