Key Job Responsibilities:

• Produce daily operational deliverables in line with client SLAs
• Conduct workshops to clarify project scope and objectives effectively.
• Ensure team members are held responsible for delivering high-quality projects within specified timelines.
• Develop and oversee project plans, making adjustments and escalating issues as needed.
• Regularly communicate transparent and high-quality project updates to senior stakeholders.
• Apply industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with senior clients and internal stakeholders to assess project progress and task-level status.
• Coordinate with internal teams to assist in problem resolution activities.
• Identify potential areas for improvement in project management processes.
• Adhere to client hours to provide comprehensive support for MENA based projects.

Functional Expertise

• Demonstrated proficiency in reconciliation processes and the resolution of breaks or issues through effective communication with relevant counterparties such as brokers, custodians, and fund administrators.
• Knowledge of corporate actions such as cash & stock dividends, mergers, splits, etc.
• Previously prepared analytics reporting to support Asset Management requirements
• Support & coordinate in the conversion of any new clients and existing migrations in the scope of historical migrations
• Manage ad-hoc operational tasks independently with minimal support or dependencies

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• 5+ years in Financial Services with an exposure to Project Management, Investment Operations and NAV Recon
• Hands on experience on Advent products an advantage
• Product knowledge of domestic, global and OTC security markets, fixed income and MFs along with thorough understanding of TLC
• Knowledge of calculations such as MarketValue, Cost, FX & NAV
• Ability to manage time effectively, set priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
