Education/Experience

& bull B.Sc/BCA/MCA/B.Tech in Computer Science or IT.
& bull 4-5 years of Full Stack Development experience using-
& bull Backend- Java Spring Boot (Microservices architecture preferred)
& bull Frontend- React.js (Experience with Next.js is a plus).
& bull Database: Proficiency in working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases.
& bull CI/CD & DevOps: Experience with GitHub Actions Docker and Kubernetes for automating deployments.
& bull Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of AWS or Azure is beneficial.
& bull Event-Based Systems: Basic knowledge of Kafka SQS or ActiveMQ.
& bull Agile Methodology: Comfortable working in an Agile team environment participating in regular sprints and scrums.
& bull Must have strong communication skills presentation skills ownership acumen and be able to deconstruct complex problems & projects into execution detail.

& bull Develop and maintain web applications using Spring Boot for the backend and React.js for the front end ensuring responsiveness and efficiency.
& bull Build microservices using Spring Boot integrating them with front-end components built using React.js.
& bull Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze technical requirements transforming them into functional and scalable solutions.
& bull Work closely with internal teams to design software architecture that is both scalable and secure. & bull Ensure architectural best practices are followed for both frontend and backend development.
& bull Write clean efficient and scalable code in Java (Spring Boot) and JavaScript (React.js).
& bull Build reusable components for the front end and modular services for the back end.
& bull Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software quality.
& bull Deploy applications and manage s ensuring smooth performance post-deployment.
& bull Revise refactor and debug code to improve existing software and resolve issues.
& bull Optimize code for performance and scalability.
