Job Responsibility : * To recruit and appoint agents for life Ins business. * Train agents on products, process and USP's of Co. * Manage the daily activity of producers to ensure a strong pipeline. * Coach & guide agents to cross-sell and grow their business * Make individual agents grow at least 20% YOY * Ensuring IRDA compliance regarding licensing & commission payments to agents * Responsible for ensuring the quality of applications * Support/guide the producer in all activities related policy services Desired Candidate Profile: a)Good Communication skills b)Passionate about recruitment of channel partners c)Self-starter & go-getter d)Ability to show direction & lead from the front e)Good training skills Locations : Ajmer/Bhiwadi/Jaipur/Kotputli/Balotra/Dungarpur/Jodhpur/Jhalawar/Sirohi/Udaipur Age Criteria: 25 Years and above
