Role Overview
Join Torero Softwares Ltd as a Customer Support Executive and assist clients in resolving software accounting and GST-related queries while conducting training sessions for our Medica software.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Client Support: Assist clients with queries related to software accounting and GST by delivering high-quality solutions.
  
  
• Software Training: Lead training sessions to help clients maximize the benefits of Medica software.
  
  
• Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with a skilled technical team and stay d with new software features.
  
  
• Skills Required:
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and GST.
  • Familiarity with remote support tools like Anydesk or TeamViewer is a plus.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
