"We are looking for an experienced Production Manager who is responsible for managing and developing a company's products and services. He has to interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders of the company to maintain and develop existing products and improve their profitability. He is also involved in doing research and develops ideas for new products basis their experience and interactions. A production manager needs to conduct market research, margin analysis, and performance measurement to investigate product demand, viability, positioning, and profitability and predict future trends." * Experience: At least 10 years *Qualification: Any Graduation or Post graduation * Roles & Responsibilities: - Managing the production schedule and coordinating day-to-activities of the team. - Coordinate transportation and logistics requirements. - Manage inventory and effective liaison with all vendors. - Track completion of activities as per the production schedule and alert for any delays. - Supervisors on several pre and post-production activities upon request. - Must have good planning and organizational skills. - Must have basic know-how of operating the production equipment. * Key skills : - Excellent communication skills. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Motivated and self-driven. - Must be well organized and highly flexible. - Must be willing to travel and work for long/irregular hours.
