* Responsibilities: - Developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for the door and Chaukhat/Frames business segment PAN-INDIA - Generating sales and meeting monthly targets - Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences - Devising and presenting ideas and strategies - Executing promotional activities - Compiling and sharing financial and statistical information of the market - • Organizing events and product exhibitions - Maintaining databases of end consumers, builders, contractors, government officials/departments, architects, distributors/dealers etc. - Reporting to the management - Monitoring market trends and performance - Managing campaigns offline and online through social media along with the branding department - Managing customer relationships - Ensuring timely payments * Skills: - Excellent negotiation skills - Proactive learner and go-getter - Good teamwork, communication, organizational and planning skills - Strong networking ability - Adaptable, flexible & active - Field work know-how - Attentive to details - System & data driven - In-depth market knowledge - PVC/WPC industry experience would be a bonus - Advance excel is preferred * Qualification: Bachelors/Masters in Marketing * Experience: Minimum 7 years of marketing/sales experience in DOOR industry
