Responsibilities: • Liaising with builders, contractors, government officials for large scale projects • Developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies for PROJECTS in Rajasthan • Generating sales and meeting monthly targets • Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences • Devising and presenting ideas and strategies • Executing promotional activities • Compiling and sharing financial and statistical information of the market • Organizing events and product exhibitions • Maintaining databases of end consumers, builders, contractors, government officials/departments, architects etc. • Reporting to the management • Monitoring market trends and performance • Managing campaigns offline and online through social media along with the branding department • Managing customer relationships • Ensuring timely payments
