Job Description

Required Skill- 1-8 - 10 Years experience, with at least 5 years in Retail Assets 2-Interact regularly with Branch Managers/Branch Sales Managers/ Sales Staff to set targets & achieve required sales 3-Recruitment, Handling and grooming of the Branch Manager in presentation & selling skills 4-Work closely with the Regional /Zonal Manager for 5-developing sales strategies 5-Driving Sales Processes 6-Achievement of targets: penetration and cross sell 7-Manage TAT’s on credit & processing 8-Minimize pre and post disbursal discrepancies 9-Achieve Profit Targets for the cluster of Branches
