Job Description

Will be responsible for the security and loss prevention of assets and operations for Rajastan. Responsibilities: Build relationships with local government/police/DMs in all regions to develop specific security requirements for contractor interface. Develop region specific security plans to ensure safety of Cairn O&G personnel, partners and infrastructure. Security intelligence to constantly monitor local situations and issue security advisories as when required. Supervise and co-ordinate timely response to all security related incidents. Liaison with law enforcement officials and civil authorities. Conduct security awareness for all personnel/contractor of the company. Emergency response, incident investigation & controlling, crowd control. Planning & Co-ordination, Budgeting, Security commercials. Liaison with Local police, neighboring industries, nearby villages, Human & public relations. Audit management. ï‚· Security Automation, handling intrusion detection systems & manage surveillance. Qualification & Experience: Short service Commission Officer in the Defense Services or Para military force. Should have minimum 15 years of experience in Security management. Experience 15 - 20 yrs
