We are looking for an IT Executive, who is energetic, result oriented and technically adept to join our Hotel IT team and build his career with the organisation. The key responsibilities for the role include: ⨀Efficient IT Incident and Service Request management with reporting to the IT Manager/Assistant IT Manager of the hotel ⨀Regular interaction with users towards effective and timely closure of daily issues pertaining to application software, hardware, communication & network ⨀Effective inter-departmental coordination towards seamless IT delivery ⨀Efficient management of guest IT requirements ⨀Effective vendor management ⨀Rendering active and efficient assistance towards IT related initiatives and projects The Ideal Fit: ⨀B.Sc. - IT / BCA / MCA from a reputed institution ⨀Additional IT professional certifications will be preferred ⨀2 - 4 years of IT experience in reputed organization. Experience in Hospitality companies will be preferred ⨀Exposure to hardware, software and networking systems preferably in hospitality domain ⨀Knowledge of LAN and WAN management ⨀Exposure to IT security management ⨀Working knowledge of various Operating Systems, DBs and Office Automation systems ⨀Excellent written & verbal communication and relationship skills. Well organized with strong technical skills, operational orientation and ability to prioritize and multi-task. Experience 2 - 4 yrs
