Department: Innovation & Business excellence Division: Support JOB PURPOSE: Driving identification and effective execution of BE projects that deliver substantial and measurable P&L impact. Lead initiatives that help in standardization and improved control of core organizational processes. Enable the company to deliver on productivity targets and becoming a benchmark in the markets in which it operates. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: ⨀Deliver on financial impact targets through identification, structuring and execution of business process improvement and re-engineering projects using Lean, Six Sigma and other data analytics tool / methodologies / frameworks ⨀Lead and facilitate efforts to promote ideation and instil a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation ⨀Facilitate and lead assessment of current processes including internal and external benchmarking and performance measurement ⨀Facilitate sharing and implementation of best practices from within and outside the organisation ⨀Create a cadre of Six Sigma professionals (Green Belts) through coaching and mentoring to help them identify and execute Lean Six Sigma projects ⨀Develop and influence new ideas / approaches to project management and problem solving; establish procedures, plans and practices which promote the adoption of appropriate solutions and sustainability of desired results in complex operational environments QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE: ⨀Qualification – B. Tech / MBA, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (Recognised institute like ASQ, Motorola etc.) ⨀5 - 10 years’ experience in successful implementation of large Lean Six Sigma projects ⨀Experience with various LSS and data analytics tools used such as Minitab, MS Visio, MS project, R, SAS, Tableau etc.
