Screening questions: ⨀Driving license (Two wheeler) for all male candidates is compulsory. ⨀He/She Must have 6 years’ experience from Hotel industry background like QSR, Restaurant chain, Standalone restaurant etc. ⨀Candidate must be open to work in weekly Rotational shifts. He/She has to serve minimum 10 hrs of shift on a daily basis. ⨀Area wise outlet location will not be disclosed by the client before the interview. Client will make sure candidate does not spend more time on travelling but they have to be open to take the given outlet. ⨀For store manager position candidate should know P & L handling, Guest concerns, Inventory, team handling of min 10 members. ⨀Salary maximum offered for this role will be 30 K, also do not commit the candidate for Store Manager designation since they will be offered Store Manager only if they find the candidate suitable to manage the store. Job Description: 1. JOB DETAILS: Position Title: Store Manager/Guest Delight Manager Reports to: District Manager Department: Operations 2. JOB PURPOSE: Overall operations of the Stores 3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: Description 1.To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on sales up gradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with agreed business plans. 2.Ensure upkeep of store premises & manage all the equipment of the store for smooth operational flow. 3.Managing Store cost 4.To carry out staff meeting at periodic intervals & ensure motivation of the team. 5.Handling customer quarries & staff concerns. 6.Handling representative of various government bodies 7.Responsible for maintaining the various MIS reports like usage of food cost, sale report etc. 8.Ensure training of the team members 9.Build sales by implementing marketing strategy & Promotional Scheme effectively. 10.Plan and carry out Local sales marketing like door hanging, newspaper insertion, corporate calling etc. 4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: ⨀Hotel Management ⨀Experience – 5-6 years experience in Operations in field of FMCG/ QSR industry.
