Job Description

Position: Sr. Manager Projects Grade: (2B) Key Responsibilities: ⨀ Engage with relevant external partners to map the existing infrastructure in the vicinity of all blocks and develop options for leveraging existing infrastructure in event of discoveries in these blocks ⨀ Develop plans for early monetization concept and plan across the new blocks ⨀ Engage with external market to develop understanding of all quick production facilities to drive the early monetization plan ⨀ Drive value engineering and design optimization in the engineering proposals provided by the partner firms and technology providers before approval of project designs. ⨀ Support the New Ventures team in preparing Field development plans ⨀ Study the details of proposals extended by engineering consulting firms, contractors, equipment suppliers and technology providers in relation to the new facilities projects within the New Ventures business. ⨀ Drive top class safety culture during project execution ⨀ Monitor project progress and control cost leakages during implementation. Qualification & Experience ⨀ Graduate/ Post Graduate with minimum 10 years of experience in project execution, preferably in Oil & Gas industry ⨀ Experience in single handed execution of a project involving concept development, engineering, procurement and construction activities ⨀ Good communication skills with dynamic and assertive personality
