Job Description

Food & Beverage Service Captain Job Responsibility: ⨀ Greet and guide the guests. Seat the guests. ⨀ Take food and beverage orders. ⨀ You must have a thorough knowledge of each item on the menu to help a guest decide between entre options, explain ingredients and preparation methods, Ensures overall cleanliness, Good Communication Skill. ⨀ Thorough knowledge of F & B Menu. ⨀ Ensure that all F & B items, equipment, etc. are maintained as per standards. ⨀ Greet, Seat, present menu card, suggest items, takes orders & serve food. ⨀ Establish excellent rapport with guests & ensure repeat guests. ⨀ Salary: Negotiable ⨀ Important note: Staff with strong previous leading restaurant experience will be preferred ⨀ Education: Hotel Management
