Key Responsibilities- Prepares state quarterly and annual statements by assembling data. Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance. Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary Reconcile balance sheet accounts. Delegate financial responsibilities to the accounting team. Coordinate semi-annual audits and assist CFO with conducting audits. Conduct regular ledger maintenance. Experience with computerized ledger systems Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment Familiarity with SAP 6.0 a plus. Complies with state and federal tax filing requirements by studying regulations; adhering to requirements; advising management on required actions; Calculating quarterly estimated tax payments; assembling data for quarterly and annual tax filings. Responds to financial inquiries by gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting data. Monitoring day to day accounting of the Units and ensuring timely posting of bills and vouchers, as per established policies and procedures. Ensuring reconciliation of Bank Accounts of the Units on a monthly basis and that of parties on a periodic basis. Supervising posting of entries pertaining to inventory receipt and issue, as verified from stores Ensuring reconciliation of Bank Accounts of the Units on a monthly basis and that of parties on a periodic basis. Coordinate with HO for preparation of data:--- Handling timely computation and finalization of GST Liability and taking adequate steps for its timely deposition. Taking adequate measures for timely filing of TDS/TCS, VAT and GST returns. Preparing the monthly profit and loss, and balance sheet reports. Tax reporting and inventory processing Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department. Preparation of MIS Reports, Profit & Loss, Trial Balance, and Balance Sheets. Requirements- Must have an Accounting degree and at least 3-5 years experience in the beverage alcohol industry
