CTC: Open for good candidate NP: Looking for immediate/ 30-45 days Job Requirements : Key Responsibilities : -2nd level support via Remedy to ensure Identity and Access Management IAM related services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations -Monitoring and investigating alerts Assisting senior members in providing administration, testing maintenance and support for the IAM infrastructure and environment -Knowledge of Sailpoint IIQ tool -Technical Experience: Understands cloud concepts and virtualization -Working experience with Azure technologies like Azure AD, Azure MFA -Working experience with MS SQL -Past monitoring experience using Microsoft SCOM -Certificate PKI Knowledge -ITIL Foundations Certificate or similar training -Ability to use creativity when troubleshooting and resolving problems -Knowledge on Sailpoint IIQ t -Professional Attributes: Knowledge and Experience 2- 4years of supporting a Microsoft Active Directory environment or good technical support experience and aptitude in a Microsoft Windows Server 2012/ 2016 environment -Knowledge of networking concepts and technologies or server admin -Excellent customer service skills Experience : 5 - 8 Years
