Manager, Software Quality Assurance The salary bracket has not been decided- will depend upon the current CTC of the shortlisted candidates. Typical Responsibilities:- ● Design, implement, execute, and maintain test cases based on design specifications; ● Hire and supervise a team of Software Quality Assurance, providing goals, directions, training and mentoring, and coordinating workload with senior management; ● Collaborate with embedded firmware and backend software development teams to align testing plans with overall design and schedule objectives; ● Review and test software deliverables from contractors or business partners; ● Help improve overall software quality and development methodology by establishing and tracking delivery performance metrics, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing remediation strategies or techniques. Required Skills:- ● At least 7 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance, with the ability to execute all levels of testing, including application level, integration level, and component level regression testing. Experience with both server-side software and embedded firmware will be preferred ● Established expertise in software quality assurance methodologies and toolchains ● Excellent analytical, debugging, problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills ● Good team player and good written and verbal communication skills. Having any of the following would be a bonus:- ● Test Automation, stress and performance testing ● Scripting experience, understanding of relational databases ● Domain knowledge of predictive maintenance and/or manufacturing operations Education:- · Bachelors or higher in Engineering or Computer Science
