Elocals hiring candidates for below mentioned position Position:- Area Manager Qualification:- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university in engineering, operations, or a related field. Job Description:- * Ensure a safe work environment for all associates * Review the work forecasts and determine productivity requirements to produce during the day to meet the overall building objectives. * Proactively identify and lead process improvement initiatives Balance labour, ensuring that you are operating a balanced and efficient shift while meeting all production goals * Embrace a start-up mentality and emphasize “have fun”. * As an Area Manager, you’ll have multi-shift responsibilities, providing leadership to several assistant managers, and managing external vendor relationships and performance. Skills Required:- * Direct management experience for employees in a retail, distribution, or logistics environment * Must be flexible to work weekends and or evenings. * Management of a minimum of 20 employees * Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to problem solve and prioritize with little guidance * Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with all levels of associates and management * Demonstrated ability to use the computer and wireless technology * Knowledge of existing Warehouse Management systems or equivalent * Experience leading continuous improvement events Location:- Vadodara
