KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES -Lead the Projects vertical (Concept Development & feasibility studies, Engineering, Project Execution, and Management) set up of New Ventures unit (Onshore / Offshore Blocks) -Feasibility studies and Concept Development - Creation of multiple commercially robust development concepts for full-field developments in the event of a discovery -Leverage a strong understanding of cost drivers to screen multiple options and finalize the most economically viable options -Provide leadership to the business unit for designing/delivering early monetization (production) initiatives -Drive and deliver the business objectives of concept, design, installation and commissioning of the modular/quick production facilities to achieve the early monetization objectives for company -Oil & Gas Infrastructure and Facility mapping - Work with strategic partners on developing the concept map of the existing Oil & Gas infrastructure (Hydrocarbon Processing, Evacuation, Handling etc) in the vicinity of the OALP blocks and develop a strategy for leveraging the same -Play a pivotal role in conceptualizing the surface facilities part of the Integrated PMC partner and deploy requisite governance and assurance processes -Manage interface with all key technical members of both external (Partners etc) and internal stakeholder teams (Exploration, Drilling, Pet Engg, HSE etc) to deliver the project/surface facilities objectives for the business unit -Maintain top focus on HSEQ processes, workflows and set up world-class enablers for ensuring safe working practices in field, in line with company’s objective -Ensure compliance to regulatory and other applicable codes and standards both on project/facility development and HSE -Mentor junior team members, as and when required -Suggest training and development needs of staff members ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE -Bachelors and/or Masters in degree in Engineering from a reputed institute -20+ years’ experience in the upstream Oil & Gas industry in concept design, project management, and development either with a global operator or an EPC company or both in an offshore/onshore environment -Should have relevant experience in leading and integrating the Field Development Plan for Oil & Gas assets, preferably in Greenfield environment -Experience & knowledge of applicable standards and codes for project development -Strong techno-commercial acumen -Proven experience working in a culturally diverse, multinational
