Job Description

Key expectations: 1. Enable and Drive continual ethical business conduct with focus on people factor for effective implementation of compliance organization resilient against insider fraud 2. Independently conduct investigations, to include interview preparation, research, analysis, interviews of complainants, witnesses, victims and subjects, report writing investigations, compliance, and risk mitigation through root cause analysis. 3. Identify sensitive positions and take initiatives to keep an eye on corruption prone spots 4. Plan and execute regular inspections to detect loopholes and system failures 5. Performing basic or advance data analytics to identify trends, patterns and draw a conclusion 6. Conducting a survey , surprise checks, discrete intelligence gathering to identify an area of pilferage in the entire supply chain. Key Skill Sets: 1. Analytical reasoning 2. Risk Assessment skill 3. Good liaising skills Experience: Graduate; Work experience of minimum 10 years; relevant Experience in Security & Vigilance Background/Area preferred NOTE: Grade will be M4.
