Key Roles and Responsibilities: Accessories Manager is responsible to ensure that all accessories are available at the dealership at any point of time so as the efforts put in by Car Stylist are finally converted into sales. He is a very important part of the Delivery process as he needs to ensure the accessories ordered by the customer are available and duly fitted before the customer comes to the showroom for taking delivery of his car. Profile 1. Should at least be a graduate 2. Should have a pleasing personality with good communication and interpersonal skills 3. Should be patient and have good listening and understanding skills 4. Operating knowledge of DMS, AOS, Inventory and Fund management Recommended Competencies 1. Should be well versed with: a) DMS operating knowledge b) Customer detail tracking c) Fund management
