Job Responsibility: Develop business in Gujarat state to achieve short and long term objectives along with planning and leading new business opportunities. Responsible for planning and driving sales product-level revenue in designated state Appointing distributors or stockist, hiring sales staff, store promoters and merchandiser as per the plan. Design route/beat plans for salesman and distributor's staff based on market potential. Identify other B2B sales opportunities and ensuring repeat business from the same. Ensuring a streamlined payment cycle, proper risk mitigation and ensuring no defaults. Skills Required: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati Should have good interpersonal skills Should have 7+ years FMCG experience of which 3 years in a managerial role Should have basic IT skills Must be willing to travel frequently Experience Required: 7 - 10 years
