Experience Required : In Case of Graduate: Minimim 2.5 Years as overall experience, which has to be 1 Year of Sales. In Case of MBA/PGDBM: 1 Year Sales Experience is required. Locations: ALL Over INDIA Job Profile: 1) Recruitment of Financial Consultants/Advisors/Agents from own references. 2) Training them on the product mix and sales pitch for the products of Kotak Life Insurance. 3) To continuously review performance of own team and to improve their productivity on an on going basis. 4) Provide leadership and management to the team. 5) Maintaining team productivity and achieving team and individual targets. 6) Undertake joint fieldwork with Insurance Advisors and demonstrate successful sales skills. 7) Achieve monthly and annual targets based on premium, advisor recruitment and policies.
