JOB DESCRIPTION:- 1. Provide a delightful shopping experience to customers. 2. Provide fashion consultancy to the customer by suggesting and providing information in order to maximize sales for the store. 3. Answer customers queries about specific products/services and conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing. 4. Help customer processing his purchases to payment and Capturing Customer Feedback and Cross-sell products Maintaining replenishment, Visual Merchandising & Hygiene Standards. 5. Achieve Individual/ Team Sales Targets. 6. Adherence to policies, systems and procedures. 7. Maintain Daily salesman Mirror Sheet.
