Job Description

1. To ensure inspection of incoming, in process and finished products 2. Responsible for managing the control of inspection, measuring and test equipment’s. 3. Responsible for elimination of non-conformity or deficiency. 4. Systematic Approach to lead to improvement of work process or Product Quality. 5. Overall responsibility for ensuring Product quality on the line LQC/OQC New model Development quality issues. 6. Field Quality monitoring. 7. Ensuring effective incoming quality control of components, Reliability testing. Trouble shooting of in-house & field quality problems. 8. Meeting customer orders by designing, implementing and monitoring effective procurement schedules along with finalizing the specifications of the materials and establishing the quality & quantity limits for effective inventory control. 9. Planning for Quality for all export, prior to Export Follow-up with all concerned to ensure complete adherence of export related systems & Procedures. Ensure quick follow up action on field trouble & proper counteractions. 10. Streamlining the system and procedures for effective inventory control for ensuring ready availability of materials to meet the production targets 11. Understanding international/country specific Product Certifications Liaison with external agencies for certification approvals. Understand Product testing requirement & plan internal testing assurance. Skills: 1.Should have good exposure with Bottle Manufacturing Plant. 2. Good Communication & Presentable skills. 3.Documentations of SIO 9001-2005 and 5-S.
